If I have event-based questions or post-registration issues, where can I get support?

How do I join or create a team?
- If you are in the process of registering, you may select to “Join a Team” or “Create a Team.” If you choose to create a team, you will become the team captain and will have the ability to pick a team name and password for your team.
- If you have already registered as an individual but would like to create or join a team, please contact theresa [@] herorush.com or call 410-872-9303 x11 to make these changes.
How do I see who is on my team?
To view your team roster, access your Team Center by going to www.myevents.active.com and login with the same username and password you originally used to registered. Next click “Manage My Team” under the specific event. Once you click manage my team you will see the team roster listed below. Click “View All” to see your entire team.
How do I invite new members to Join my team?
Go to www.myevents.active.com and login with the username and password you used to register. Once logged in, click on “Manage my Team” under the specific event you want to see. Next click “Invite More” and send an invite to your friends. Your contacts will receive an email invitation with a unique link to join the team you have created.
How do I contact my team members?
Go to www.myevents.active.com and login with the username and password you used to register. Once logged in, click on “Manage my Team” under the specific event you want to see. Next click “Email Team.”
How do I add my address book of contacts?
Go to www.myevents.active.com and login with the username and password you used to register. Once logged in, click on “Manage my Team” under the specific event you want to see. Next, click on “Contacts” and then chose to add new contacts individually OR import a list of contact via a .CSV file.
How do I check to see who I’ve sent invites to?
Go to www.myevents.active.com and login with the username and password you used to register. Once logged in, click on “Manage my Team” under the specific event you want to see. Next, click on “Mail Center” to see who you’ve invited and whether or not they’re a registered team member or not.
Can someone register for a team without an email generated invite?
Yes, as long as a registrant knows the team name and team password then they can register for that team. They DO NOT need to be generated an invite from the team captain to register.
How do I change my team information or team password?
Access your Team Center by going to www.myevents.active.com and login with the same username and password you originally used to register. Next click “Manage My Team” under the specific event. Next, click “Edit” in the upper right hand corner and you will be able to edit your team information.
How do I transfer to another team?
Please contact theresa [@] herorush.com or call 410-872-9303 x11 to complete a transfer request.
How do I edit my basic registration information?
Access your Team Center by going to www.myevents.active.com and login with the same username and password you originally used to register . Next, Click on the “Edit Registration Information” link under the specific event to edit your information.
How do I transfer my entry so a friend can replace my spot on a team?
Access your Team Center by going to www.myevents.active.com and login with the same username and password you originally registered with. Next, Click on the “Transfer Registration to Another Athlete” link under the specific event to transfer your registration.
