Thanks for joining us for our return to Ellms Family Farm! Here is some helpful post-race scoop

• Timing Results: Browse your results here!. Does not include day-of sign ups.
• Post Your Pics & Reviews: Please post them to the Facebook event page for NY here as well as to our main Facebook Wall here. We’ll share some of the best shots and reviews!
• Give Us Feedback: eMail us at responders@herorush.com any feedback on any aspect of the event, good, bad, ugly — we work very hard to improve our race experience for the next event including the service from our third partner partners, obstacle flow and more!
• Participant Photos: Will be online by Thursday.
• Post Race eMail: All registrants will get an email late this week with all of these links and more including Capstone, Timing, top team information and more. We will also post a blog entry including the best pics, reviews, video links and more.
• More Photos: Our team took hundreds of great shots at the event and we’ll be posting them to the Web site and Facebook in the next day or two. Here are the first few.
• Save the Date: We’ve tentatively booked a return to Ellms Family Farm for Saturday, May 31, 2014. Be on the lookout for a special deal for returning participants THIS WEEK!

343 Charity Wave Our “343″ wave at 11am is dedicated to the firefighters lost on 9/11. Each runner wears a commemorative racer’s bib showing the name of one of these fallen heroes. The wave is an additional $10, which will be matched by Hero Rush and donated entirely to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Please consider selecting the “343″ wave when signing up and support a great cause.		West Webster Wave Our 12:30pm wave will support the West Webster Fire Department’s fund to help the firefighters injured and the families of those who were killed in the Christmas Eve 2012 tragedy. This wave costs an additional $5, which Hero Rush will match and donate to the fund. Rushers also may elect to donate to the West Webster Fire Department during the registration process.
Teams Rock the Rush Team registration is available and encouraged — get your friends, co-workers, gym buds and more to join you in the Rush. Visit our teams FAQ for more information. The largest and most creative groups will get special recognition — and maybe a few surprises! Plus, great benefits for Team Captains.		Rush VIP VIPs get special parking, express onsite check-in and bag check, specially-designed bib, $5 in EXTRA Hero Dinero AND a $5 donation to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation included.
